Add New Products

Here are the steps to add a new product to your site:

Step 1: Open Ecommerce

To add products to your site, go to the Ecommerce module and then to the Products tab. 

Click Add New.

2. Add details.

You need to at least add in the product type and the name of the product..

Hit Save.

3. Add a default sku, price, and make it active.

After hititng save, you will see the skus tab where you need to add price, set a default sku and mark it as active. These are the necessary conditions for your product to appear on the website.

Hint: If you have products in the system already, it's always easier and faster to clone them and then make edits instead of creating a new product from scratch.
