Import Duty Setup

There may be cases where  you may want to charge import duty upfront on the website. To set this up, go to the Integration option under Ecommerce Setup.

Enable the "Duty" option, by checking it and then hit Edit:

Add the country to which you would like to apply the duty. Choose the case(s) to apply the duty to. E.g. whole order, food, general product, general service etc. You can multiple formulas if you'd like.

By clicking on the "?", you can see the list of variables that you can use to set the mathematical formula for the duty calculation. There's also a handy calculator option that let's you compute the duty, so you can test what the duty will be based on the formula you type in.
