MLS is the short form of "Multiple Listing Service" or "Multiple Listing System". It's a suite of services that is used by real estate agents to widely share information about properites with other brokers.

If you have a real estate website, then the system can connect your website with an external MLS system and get the data on to your website. The data should be in the RETS format.
