CRM Setup

The Setup tab in the CRM module can be used to manage the overall functionability and appearance of the CRM system, and is comprised of the following 3 sub-sections (each of which, when clicked on, will redirect you to a tutorial on that particular section) :

• CRM Tables
• CRM Access Groups
• CRM Email Templates
• Double Opt-in
