I want to offer free shipping on just one product, how do I set it up?

Go to the product in ecommerce and flag it as “Free Shipping”.

Then go into Ecommerce > Setup > Shipping Settings. Choose a provider with which you’d like to offer the free shipping. For example, it can be USPS if you’re located in the US. Create a condition that is based on weight.

It should not be connected to an online service.

Set the weight from 0 to let’s say 1000 – in case your product falls within this range. If not, increase the range. Set the price as 0 in the last column and hit save.

Then create a new condition. No need to select a country in step 1. In step 3, select the Free Shipping flag and on the last step, choose the new shipping condition you created as the only option that would be applicable to this new condition.

All set. Don’t forget to test the setup on the website.
