Any time a new order comes in, I want to change the person who gets notified via email. How do I do it?

See Ecommerce > Setup > Email Templates and edit the BCC email field.

Hit Save below this section to save it.

There is another Save at the bottom of the page, which is the Save for the email template, so make sure you hit the correct “Save” button.
