The required details to get them set up on your site are:

Orbiatl Connection Username
Orbital Connection Password
Transaction Routing Definition - this is the transaction routing BIN provided by Chase Paymentech. This will either be 000002 (Tampa) or 000001 (Salem).
Merchant ID
Terminal ID
