Blog Subscribers
Who are subscribers?
Subscribers to your blog are the people who have signed up to receive notifications about new blog posts. The list of subscribers is independent of the people that you may have in your contacts in the CRM module or anywhere else such as the Mailer or Ecommerce modules.
List of subscribers
The full list of subscribers can be found in the Blogs > Setup > Subscribers section.
For sites that have more than one blog, each contact listing also shows the blog that the contact is subscribed to.
Adding / removing subscribers manually
If your site has a way to sign up for newsletters, you might be interested in seeing the list of subscribers or perhaps removing someone from the list of subscribers. This can be done through the Blogs > Setup > Subscribers.
A full count of all subscribers can be found under the Blogs tab of Subscribers
When do subscribers get notified of posts?
Any time you publish a new post, the system starts the process of creating a new mail notification to all the subscribers. Please note that the mail gets sent once in the following 24 hours. In case you publish more than one post during this time, the notification will include details of all the posts prior to sending the notification.
